Information We Collect

We do not collect or store personal data from your Google account. When you use our add-on, we only process the information necessary to deliver requested financial data into your spreadsheet. In addition, when you sign up for an API key on our website, we collect and store the following information:

• Email & API Keys: When you request an API key from our website, we store your email address and the corresponding API key in our database. This is used only to manage your account and provide access to our service. API keys are also stored within your own Google Sheets™ property settings for the add-on's functionality
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage data (e.g., function calls, error logs) to improve our service. These logs contain no personal information and are only retained for 30 days.

How We Use Information

• Provide requested financial data
• Maintain and improve our services
• Manage API key access and user accounts
• Ensure fair usage and security of our API

Data Retention & Deletion

We do not retain Google user data on our servers. Any data processed through the add-on is handled only to fulfill your requests and is not stored after completion.

Anonymized usage logs, if collected, are retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting and performance monitoring, after which they are permanently deleted.

Email addresses and associated API keys stored in our database are retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at deepvaluehunter@gmail.com.

You may also revoke our add-on's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

We take reasonable measures to protect any information processed by our service.
